Week 1
Business Analysis – You’ll use my “Marketing Empowered Framework” to take a thorough look at your existing business, analyse strengths and weaknesses, so your marketing strategy will leverage your existing talents and resources.
Week 2
Customer Insight – You’ll dive deep into your ideal customer, what makes them tick, their why, and how to get to know them, so you truly understand their customer journey and know how to speak their language.
Week 3
Marketing goal-setting – You’ll learn to set smart objectives with my proven goal setting method in order to design your online strategy including your website, social media, and email marketing; all while letting go of your fear of tech and feeling empowered to achieve them.
Week 4:
Strategy – You’ll create a strong strategy that enables you to hit your goals with the resources, budget, and time that you have without feeling overwhelmed or running out of time.
Week 5:
Content plan – We’ll use my “Marketing Empowered Framework” to analyse your existing content, identify the good, the bad and the ugly, repurpose it in an effective way and creating new powerful content that will amplify your message.
Week 6:
Performance Management – You’ll implement a monthly checkpoint to evaluate your marketing activities so that you can continuously monitor and maximise returns – without wasting time or energy on activities that aren’t moving the needle in your business.

That’s me, Tania! I help women with small businesses make their first digital marketing plan, so they can reach more people doing what they love. Goodbye overwhelm, goodbye feeling stuck! I’m the founder of Red Idea Digital, a London-based digital marketing agency, a lecturer at Birkbeck University in London, a mentor to business students at the University of Arts, and a course instructor for the Hammersmith & Fulham Council in London. As a mom of two, I know what juggling commitments and running a business feel like!
